| Day and Night Ltd. is one of the biggest producers of wafers in Bulgaria. Our production corresponds to the strictest European norms and quality requirements. The goods are produced under the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point and following the good production and hygiene practices in the factory. The products are produced at the new line for wafers with and without glaze, engineered by the German companies HEBENSTREIT, HOSOKAWA KREUTER, the Dutch TEVOPHARM-B.V.BOSCH and the Spanish LLOVERAS, leaders in the production of machinery and equipment for confectionery industry. The unique taste and constant quality standards of our wafers result from the technological improvements à  ¢ implemented already, as well as intended for the future à  ¢ and predestine the great demand for our products. The state-of-the-art technology achieved obliges us to use only raw materials with high quality and guaranteed origin vegetable hydrogenated fat, cacao mass, fatless milk powder, cacao powder, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, emulsifiers, and everything needed to preserve the constant high quality of our products. Our packaging is elaborated by the company designer and the fine prints are provided by highly technological printing establishments in Greece and Turkey, which guarantees contemporary European outlook and design fitting to the name of our products.
