| SULIMAR LTD a Cornelius Brewery is one of the most dynamically developing regional breweries in Poland and a well-known producer of wines and energizing drinks. We are also an important distribution center and a local business partner of the leading producers of beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as mineral water. High quality and traditional taste of our brand products win hundreds of customers every day, and our flexible terms of cooperation combined with our principle of mercantile honesty, constantly broaden our circle of customers. Our beginnings date back to 1981, the year when Henryk Supady and Eugeniusz Lisowski bought a beer and non-alcoholic beverage filling plant in PiotrkA w Trybunalski. The new owners maintained the plant s activity and consistently invested in its development. As a result, in 1987, their company became the biggest beverage company of its type in the region. It was named SULIMAR one year later, and its first own brand product Kiper beer was introduced. Its taste was immediately appreciated by our faithful customers, whose number has been growing considerably ever since. Originally small, the company kept growing thanks to subsequent investments in 1994 the company started selling kegged beers and producing wines in Winmar Winery, and in 2000 the first barrel of beer was brewed in newly opened Kiper Brewery. The traditions of the pre-war Piotrkow breweries were recalled on that day and it meant a new spurt of development for SULIMAR. In 2001, a changing of the guarda took place Mariusz Supady and Marcin Lisowski took over the helm at the company and consistently continued to develop their fathers work. Soon after, thanks to new brands of beer, they transformed SULIMAR into one of the most powerful regional breweries in Poland. The production of functional soft drinks (energizing and isotonic a Verwa and Hot Brain brands) was launched during that time. Companya s offer was enhanced by the expansion of beverage distribution services. Finally, make-to-order production of beer and energizing drinks, that is currently being carried out for the leading Polish and international businesses, completed SULIMARa s diverse offer. The success of Cornelius Weizen Beer marked the companya s great achievement. This brand of wheat beer was voted a Beer of the Year 2007a by piweczko.org and browar.biz, popular among beer drinkers internet sites. Instant success of the new brand led to changing the name of the brewery to Cornelius Brewery (more in www.cornelius.pl) Our mission for the upcoming years a in addition to consistent introduction of new own brand products a is to expand our distribution services, and to further develop our custom branding and make-to-order production, where the final product is shaped by the customer, starting with the ingredients and ending with the logo.
