The UK's largest trade event for local, regional and fine food and drink is back and is set to be better than ever. Speciality & Fine Food Fair showcases the best British artisan produce, and attracts buyers from all over the world from delicatessens, farm shops, independent retailers, restaurants, hotels, caterers and wholesalers, all of whom are looking to source the very best in fine food.
The show follows on from a very successful 2010 event which attracted over 7,400 buyers and brought to market some new and exciting products from over 600 exhibitors. The 2011 show is set to be even bigger and better and will showcase products from top British speciality producers such as Belvoir Fruit Farms and Burts Potato Chips Ltd along with smaller artisan brands such as Breckland Orchard, Newby Teas and the Thursday Cottage Handmade Preserves. Many British regional food groups will also have a presence at the show to highlight the best local products from their region.
The Speciality Chocolate Fair will again form part of this year’s event, enabling visitors to taste some of the finest chocolate from the UK and beyond. At the 2011 show visitors can expect to meet aritisan producers such as Rococo Chocolates, Kshocolat and Prestat.
