Earlier this summer, Osprey Dominion Winemaker Adam Supernaut introduced his Coffee Pot Cellars label on the North Fork.
The New York Cork Report interviewed Supernaut about his latest project and reviewed the inaugural wines.
Although Supernaut does not own his own vineyard, he has developed relationships with growers in the region and was able to acquire grapes for his label. He has also negotiated a deal with his employers at Osprey Dominion to use some of their fruit as well.
